Shipping Times and Fees

• Standard Shipping: Shipping within the EU and to the United States is free of charge and may take up to 10 business days.
• Express Shipping: Express shipping is available for an additional fee, with pricing provided at checkout.

Orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS; therefore, a valid phone number is required to ensure smooth delivery. We ship orders to the address provided by the customer. To avoid delays or additional charges, please ensure that the delivery address is accurate, and that delivery can be accepted during regular business hours. If an incorrect address is provided, any resulting delays or additional fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
