Refund policy
Right to Cancel and Return
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date you or a third party designated by you takes possession of the goods. No reason for cancellation is required.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned in the original or comparable protective packaging to prevent damage in transit.
Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Please note that we ship all orders from the European Union. U.S. customers may be subject to additional taxes and customs duties upon delivery. In the case of a return, these taxes and duties are non-refundable by us. Any duties or taxes paid on the product’s entry into the U.S. are the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed in the event of a return.
Proof of Purchase
Please include your receipt or proof of purchase with your return.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email of the refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not been received:
- Check your bank account.
- Contact your credit card company; some processing delays may apply.
- If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@gamine.nyc or in reply to your Shopify purchase confirmation email.
Non-Refundable Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. To initiate an exchange for the same item, email us at hello@gamine.nyc or reply to your Shopify purchase confirmation email and send the item to:

Gift Returns
If your item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the return value. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the purchaser, we will process the refund to the original purchaser.
Return Shipping
To return your item, send it to the address above. You are responsible for return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs may be deducted.
Important!
If the return is due to the absence of the receiver or a missed customs clearance, the shipping costs for the return may also be deducted from your refund.
For items valued over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.
U.S. Returns
If you are located in the United States, please contact us at hello@gamine.nyc or reply to your Shopify purchase confirmation email to inquire about a possible U.S. return address. This option is available upon request and based on eligibility.
